Each year, two unique editions of The Amazing Race await:

• Easter – Little Desert Edition (Wimmera Region)

• Melbourne Cup Weekend – Goldfields Edition (Central Victoria)

The Experience

Inspired by the spirit of the TV show, The Amazing Race – 4WD Adventure replaces airports and taxis with maps, GPS points, and outback tracks.
Teams navigate to coordinates, uncover clues, complete tasks, and follow trail notes through some of Victoria’s most stunning and historic regions.

There’s no stopwatch, no eliminations — just teamwork, navigation, and the thrill of discovery.

Adventure Without the Pressure

This isn’t a race — it’s a shared journey.
The course is built for fun, challenge, and exploration, suitable for all skill levels and vehicle types. Whether you’re driving a well-equipped 4WD or a capable AWD, you’ll find yourself right at home on the tracks.

All-terrain tyres are most suitable for this event.
If your vehicle is reliable, registered, and has reasonable clearance, you’re ready to go — no winches or diff locks required.

Base Camp Life

Each Amazing Race has a single central base camp, so once you’ve set up, you can truly relax for the weekend.
No need to pack up each morning — just head out for the day’s adventure and return to a warm meal, good company, and a campfire under the stars.

Kids aren’t just tagging along — they’ll have their own mini-courses, games, and a pancake station at breakfast each morning.

Meals & Catering

We’ve taken care of the cooking so you can focus on the adventure:

• Cooked breakfast each morning – bacon, eggs, cereals, tea, coffee, and a pancake station for the kids

• Final night buffet dinner – a huge feast of roast meats, BBQ sausages, salads, and desserts before presentation night

This event is otherwise self-catered for lunches and daytime snacks.

Awards & Presentation Night

At the end of the weekend, we bring everyone together for a celebration dinner and trophy presentation.
With the results tallied and anticipation building, every team gathers to find out if they’ve made it into the Top 10 leaderboard.

The Top 10 teams will be recognised with trophies and bragging rights, but every competitor shares in the applause, laughter, and stories that make this night one of the most memorable parts of the event.

• A registered 4WD or AWD with good clearance

• All-terrain tyres (recommended)

• Licensed driver

• GPS or mapping app (Hema, Memory Map, OziExplorer, etc.)

• Basic recovery gear

• Sense of humour, teamwork, and adventure
